Post Will vitamins make me fat?

No, they will not, You may have heard people say that since they started taking a supplement, they have gained weight . Vitamins do not have any calories (energy); they simply help to release the energy in the foods you eat. The only time a person would gain weight from taking vitamins would be if that person had been so severely deficient that he lost his appetite and/or his body could not process the food he ate.

It is true. Vitamin will not add fat to your body. If you take some amount of vitamin in the form of medicines your body will take the little of the vitamin they require giving out the what stands as extra.

it depends upon you. vitamins are just supplements to fill up the nutrients we lack. thus, if you are taking vitamins without having enough exercise then i would say you are going to be fat. but if you will take vitamins, eat balance diet and exercise daily then i dont think you will be fat at all.

No, vitamins will not make you fat. Vitamins simply make you healthier! There is nothing in a vitamin that will cause you to gain weight, unless you are eating the gummy ones. Even in that case, you would have to eat a lot. If you do gain weight from taking vitamins, it's safe to say that something is wrong with your body and you should see a doctor.

Default Vitamins

Definitely No, prenatal vitamins do not contain anything to make you gain weight.
It is a multivitamin formula that usually has plenty of folic acid & iron for a growing baby.

Vitamins are classified by their biological and chemical activity, not their structure. Thus, each "vitamin" refers to a number of vitamer compounds that all show the biological activity associated with a particular vitamin. Such a set of chemicals are grouped under an alphabetized vitamin "generic descriptor" title, such as "vitamin A", which includes the compounds retinal, retinol, and four known carotenoids. Vitamers by definition are convertible to the active form of the vitamin in the body, and are sometimes inter-convertible to one another, as well.
