The best health tip I can give to smokers-- QUIT SMOKING!

After all it is not healthy to smoke. A fact is you are actually inducing carcinogens in your body if you smoke. If I am right it's two cups of carcinogens a year. And the funny thing is, you are buying those cancer carriers. It is not a wise decision to smoke is it?

In my opinion, the best tip for smokers is to quit smoking. Smoking is bad for our health. It is also not good for our oral health. The harmful health effects of smoking cigarettes and tobacco are staggering. The long term side effects of smoking indicate that smoking is bad for health. The major effects of smoking are the lung cancer (Smoking and Lung Cancer), coronary heart disease, mouth cancer and severe problems regarding throat.

I have read this whole stuff and the thing is that I want to say you that I really want to say you that smoking is a bad habit hard to give up. Smoke is dangerous not only the people themselves but also those around him. Once a person becomes addicted, it becomes difficult for him to stop smoking.
