As we all know, is aimed to unite the mind, the body, and the spirit.Yoga which means union in Sanskrit is a school of ancient spiritual practices.Yoga originated in India. There are four types of Yoga, namely, Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Jnana Yoga, and Raja Yoga are considered the four main yogas, but there are many other types. In parts of the world where yoga is popular, Yoga has become associated with the postures of Hatha Yoga, which are popularly considered as fitness exercises.

I attended a yoga class last month and I'm planning to make it a regular habit. The reason I joined was that I read from a daily newspaper (Daily Inquirer) that it helps fight simple bone alignment problems. Through the postures, one can exercise to realign acute curves. I have acute bone alignment problems; and I'm starting to love yoga!

There are so many advantages of yoga, It is best exercise for health. It can improve blood circulation, It can improve stamina and also improve immunity. Help quit smoking and drinking, and Improve memory power. Yoga is help Prevent cancer.
