Yoga consists of Ancient Theories,observations and principles about the mind and body connection.Yoga has from the Yoga Postures (Asanas),Yoga Breathing (Pranayama),and Meditation.So i can say that Yoga has physiological,psychological,biochemical effects in our body from which we can live long lasting life.

when practiced improperly, it can cause negative side effects.If practiced under the guidance of a skilled teacher it does not pose any risk to your health. However you must be careful under certain circumstances and consult your doctor before undertaking any yoga lessons. If you have high/low blood pressure, severe osteoporosis or any spinal problems then it is advisable not to practice Yoga.

one thing that I really like about this exercise is that once you have known even just some of the routines, you can teach it to your family and you guys can do it all together specially in vacation or travel time. It is going to be really cool to do yoga with them during sunrise or sunset
